If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you can return it to us using our free returns label for up to 365 days and we will be happy to exchange your item(s) or process a refund for you. All items must be unopened, unused and in their original condition. All lingerie must be unworn with all tags attached. Items considered faulty or damaged can also be returned for up to 365 days after purchase.

It is easy to return a product(s) to us. Simply fill out our returns form online and then follow the instructions you'll receive by email
All Free Returns are sent via DPD Local, a list of local drop off shops will be provided via email in order for you to take your parcel to a DPD Pickup Shop, most convenient to you. All returns are fully trackable so you can watch the progress of your return online via the DPD App.
Please note we are unable to offer a refund for the cost of postage if you do not use our free returns postal service.
If you choose a lower priced product as a replacement, we are unable to refund the difference. We cannot send a higher priced item with a payment for the difference.
Once we have received your return, we will process your replacement or refund as soon as possible. This will be within 30 days, however, it is usually much faster than this. Once submitted, please allow up to 5 working days for your refund to appear in your account depending on your bank.
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for postage and shipping charges on any orders.
Our team leaps straight into action as soon as you place your order, to ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible. Therefore, the quicker you contact us to cancel, the better. Please fill in the returns form immediately after placing your order.
If your order has not yet been processed, we will cancel your order and refund you using the same method you used to pay for your order.
If your order has already been processed but has not yet been delivered, you can refuse to sign for the parcel when it arrives and it will be returned to us at no cost to you.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a free returns service to our international customers, please return your product(s) using your local postal service. Therefore you will need to return the product(s) at your own discretion.

Toys- the packaging or box has been opened, unless the item is considered to be faulty or damaged
Lingerie- which has been worn or where the hygiene seals, labels or tags have been removed
Please note that we do not cover faults caused by neglect, misuse or accidental damage.
We always recommend obtaining a free proof of postage when returning your product incase of the unlikely event that is it is lost in transit or there is any issue with us receiving it back to our warehouse. Don't forget to keep hold of this until we've processed your replacement or refund.
All returns must include any instruction manuals, leaflets, cards and packaging with your order, even if its faulty as we may not be able to process any replacement without this information included.
For faulty returns, please ensure all products have been thoroughly cleaned as photographs will be taken in order to process the return. If we find the product is not faulty, the product will be returned at the customers discretion.
