We send all our parcels via DPD Courier service to ensure that our customers have access to the most reliable and best possible tracked postal service. DPD allows you to fully track your parcel with updates via email and SMS, as soon as your parcel leaves us. On the day of your delivery you will be given a one hour delivery window as well as the name of your driver, live updates on your drivers location and how many deliveries they have to make before reaching you! Say goodbye to hanging around all day waiting for your delivery!
DPD allows you to select an alternative delivery day, deliver parcel to a nominated neighbour, leave your parcel in a safe place or even collect from your local shop.
A signature is required, therefore if no one is available to sign for the parcel, your delivery driver will leave a card with the information on how to arrange redelivery or how to collect from your local DPD Pickup Shop.

Orders placed before 5pm Monday-Friday will be posted via DPD Next Working Day Delivery
For delivery on a Saturday, orders must be placed by 5pm Friday and customers must select DPD Saturday Delivery to guarantee Saturday posting
For delivery on a Sunday, orders must be placed by 2pm Saturday and customers must select DPD Sunday Delivery to guarantee Sunday posting.
No problem, DPD allows you to choose from different options such as deliver to a nominated neighbour, leave it in a safe place, drop off to a local DPD Drop off shop or change your delivery day. You can find all this information in the email you will receive from DPD.
Once you have placed your order, DPD allows you to change the day of your delivery, as well as nominate a desired time. You can change this through your provided email or SMS link
Any custom charges that may occur are applied at the discretion of the carrier and local laws. All custom charges will be payable by the customer and will not be covered by Crimson Princess. For more in depth information, we advise getting in touch with your local customs office so that you don't occur any unexpected delivery charges at your end.
Unfortunately DPD do not deliver to PO Boxes at this present time.
